Infrastructure Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Implement scalable infrastructure architecture across cloud (AWS/Azure), on-prem, and hybrid environments. Implement operationalization of infrastructure (provisioning, configuration and patching) aligned with business and technology goals. Implement infrastructure standards, frameworks, and best practices (e.g., IaC, CI/CD for infrastructure, zero trust). Experience collaborating with IaC architects, software architects, developers, Dev Ops, security, cloud governance, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration. Experience in infrastructure migration initiatives.

Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, IT governance, and disaster recovery policies. Support incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues. Ensure compliance and audit readiness of IT governance processes and data protection regulations.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• This is a hands‑on role that requires 7+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in Infrastructure Operationalization.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms in AWS and Azure, virtualization, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on experience with AWS Fargate, AWS Cloud Watch and AWS Secrets Manager.
• Solid and proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet).
• Deep knowledge of networking, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and storage technologies.
• Familiarity with monitoring tool – New Relic.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance (ISO, SOC, HIPAA, etc.), and DR/BCP planning.
• Continuous improvement mindset adding new capabilities to enhance Infrastructure operationalization maturity.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working experience of Agile/SCRUM/Kanban technologies.

• Certifications:
  
  AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
• Experience infusing Gen AI in Infrastructure automation.
• Experience in multi‑cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience in Dev Sec Ops  and CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure.
