We are seeking a System Engineer (all genders) to join our IT Smart Workplace Team (ITSW). The ITSW team is responsible for delivering a seamless digital workplace across all end‑user computing devices (workstations, notebooks, mobile devices). Our mission is clear: evolve the workplace from state‑of‑the‑art to next generation.

In this role, the emphasis is on operating and optimizing the Team Viewer DEX platform and driving automation through SQL (and Power Shell) scripting
. You will also contribute to Mobile Device Management (MDM) and client engineering to ensure a secure, efficient, and future‑ready IT environment.

• Operate, configure, and utilize the Team Viewer DEX platform to proactively manage and remediate IT issues across the entire estate
• Develop and maintain SQL scripting solutions to automate IT processes, proactively remediate IT issues, and support large‑scale system operations
• Governance and control of patch management for Mac and Mobile Device client operating systems
• Ownership and management of the Mobile Devices Platform (iOS / Android)
• Creating and troubleshooting application packages in collaboration with external partners
• Acting as application owner of our base software stack on Mac and Mobile Device
• Coordinating test cycles with the IT Ambassador Group
• Rolling out OS and software updates across your area of responsibility
• Providing 2nd level support and problem management for clients and base software packages
• Designing and implementing new workplace concepts to improve efficiency and user satisfaction

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in utilizing scripting languages for IT system engineering and automation, client management, and issue resolution
• Hands‑on experience with on premise and cloud based platform administration and troubleshooting
• Strong SQL and Powershell scripting skills for automation and process optimization
• Broad experience with MacOS client and Mobile Device Management in environments of 200+ users/devices
• Knowledge of client software packaging or MDM solutions such as MS Intune, JAMF, Mobile Iron, or similar tools
• Fluency and strong spoken English is a must
