Quant Engineer

We’re looking for a Quant Engineer with experience building trading systems and a strong understanding of market structure. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining market making strategies, shaping protocol design, and working closely with sophisticated traders.

• Design, build and maintain market making strategies on Kuru
• Contribute to protocol features and architecture decisions, based on usage and feedback
• Work with sophisticated traders to understand their needs and improve the trading experience
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize systems for capital efficiency and risk

• Crypto native – active user of on-chain trading or DeFi apps
• Experience with crypto assets
• Familiarity with on-chain data and smart contract interaction
• Interest in protocol design, simulations, and mechanism design

We prefer working in-person (Bengaluru, IN), as we believe it creates a more collaborative and fun atmosphere, which is crucial for a small team like ours.
