Position Overview: This Real-World Analytics leader will be responsible for driving strategic evidence generation initiatives across key functional areas, including Medical Affairs, Access & Reimbursement, and Real-World Evidence.

• Apply statistical expertise to solve strategic problems and develop innovative evidence-generation approaches.
• Lead design and execution of studies addressing efficacy, safety, and real-world outcomes.
• Oversee statistical planning, analysis, and publication for RWE, data mining, and indirect comparisons.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to extract insights from real-world data (claims, EMR, registries) for study and portfolio optimization.
• Provide global statistical leadership for HTA and reimbursement strategies.

• Ph.D. in Statistics / Biostatistics
• 3+ years of experience in real-world evidence generation
• Strong understanding across multiple Therapeutic Areas
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Clinical related research experience (Preferred)
