• Playing a major role in carrying out day-to-day responsibilities of ALL testing to ensure the delivery of Government Portals projects on time and with minimal risk.
• Execution of functional standards and other planned test cases in alignment with user stories landing in QA.
• Explore independent data creation. To create and maintain test data concerning tests in the execution plan.
• To continue to write detailed reusable test cases, ensuring they represent the full set of functionalities being tested within the Citadel landscape.
• Record and analyse test results, instigate and progress error procedures for any defects found. Coordinate with UAT testers and direct business testers where required.
• Escalation of risks to Test Lead and Functional Leads, working proactively to resolve issues where necessary.
• Act as a reference point for business user test teams during UAT phases.
• Adhere to Test strategy guidelines and processes and ensure test evidence is collected per standards.
• Raise defects, manage and report updates, retest and review issues and requirement variations.
• Use test and defect management tools to record results per strategy guidelines and adapt to frequent variations in results gathering.
• Conduct business demos (if required) and participate in business sign-off meetings.
• Facilitate and help support testing at all levels, including conducting preparation tests.
• Identifying and building tests to continuously enhance and improve the regression testing pack for the application(s).
• Provide feedback to the development teams via a structured defect management process.
• Engage with the business analysis team to ensure all requirements can translate to testable statements via a traceability matrix.
• Play an active role in prioritising, managing and delivering regression testing, business change requests, defect remediation and new project requests.

• Test cases (including E2E and regression test cases) for all sprints
• RTM documentation in ADO and Excel for traceability between requirements and test cases and defects to ensure 100% test coverage
