Head IT Security / CISO (m/f/d) 100%
MAIN TASKSAs Head IT Security, you will be accountable for the overall enterprise cybersecurity program and will lead a high-performing team with empathy, strategic foresight, and a passion for innovation. In this role, you will:
- Lead the Information Security function and a growing team of internal and external employees that ensure the global organization’s IT security
- Monitor industry trends, threats, vulnerabilities and mitigation measures
- Work with senior management to develop and adjust the IT security strategy in line with business needs and the constant change of the external threat landscape
- Continuously align standards, frameworks and IT security with overall business and technology strategy
- Propose solutions that balance business requirements with Information Security requirements and therefore work together with IT, business and manufacturing stakeholders to implement solutions that support a secure digital journey of the organization
- Work closely with the Data Protection Manager to align the data privacy processes with IT Security
You are a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or have equivalent security certifications. Your skills and qualifications include:
- University degree in Information Security or related field
- Several years working experience in a CISO role in an international company
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills across all stakeholder levels, incl. C-level executives
- Understanding of IT infrastructure (network, server, clients, cloud) and application security incl. IoT and OT technologies
- General understanding of data privacy regulations and impact on security architecture
