Overview
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve the quality of each model.
Responsibilities- Give AI chatbots coding challenges and evaluate their outputs
- Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift)
- Ability to explain how your solution solves a coding problem
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail-oriented
- Experience with algorithms, data structures, and debugging workflows
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed preferred but not required
- Remote position (full-time or part-time)
- You can choose which projects you want to work on
- You can work on your own schedule
- Projects paid hourly starting at $40+ USD per hour with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
- Payment via Pay Pal. We will not ask for money. Pay Pal handles currency conversions from USD.
- Only applicants in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
