Managing Partner – AI Model Trainer

We are looking for a Managing Partner to join our team to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve model quality. The role requires expert-level financial reasoning; related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

• Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs
• Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
• Detail-oriented
• Proficient in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and other reasoning exercises related to finance management
• A current, in progress, or completed Master’s or PhD is preferred but not required

• Payment is made via Pay Pal; no upfront requests for money.
• Only applicants in the United States will be considered.
