Functional Testing of Core Oracle EBS Modules:
Conduct end-to-end functional testing for the following modules:Purchase Order Creation – Validate procurement workflows, vendor approvals, and purchase order lifecycle.Sales Order Creation – Execute test cases to ensure accurate order processing, fulfillment, and invoicing.Accounts Payables (AP) – Verify vendor invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation accuracy.Accounts Receivables (AR) – Validate customer invoicing, collections, credit management, and dispute resolution.General Ledger (GL) – Conduct financial data validation, reconciliation tests, and compliance verification.Opening & Closing Periods – Test period‑end financial closing procedures, ensuring seamless reporting.Supply Chain & Dropshipping Testing:
Assess dropshipping workflows, ensuring third‑party fulfillment is correctly integrated within Oracle EBS.Verify order management processes, ensuring proper execution of transactions from order initiation to fulfillment.Conduct inventory testing, confirming data accuracy and ensuring real‑time stock visibility within integrated systems.Integration & Automation Testing:
Perform system integration testing with external applications such as Jaggaer (procurement platform), Vertex (tax solution), Lynx, and Baxter.Validate data integrity across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and tax calculations.Identify and document bugs, inconsistencies, and system errors, working closely with development teams for resolutions.Leverage automation frameworks for regression testing and repetitive validation processes to improve efficiency.Compliance, Reporting & Documentation:
Ensure adherence to corporate governance, industry regulations, and audit compliance.Develop test plans, test cases, and defect tracking reports, ensuring thorough documentation for future reference.Conduct performance and regression testing post‑upgrades or patches, ensuring continuous system reliability.Collaborate business users to confirm requirements alignment, enhancing system usability and reporting accuracy.Qualifications & Skills:Extensive experience in Oracle E‑Business Suite (EBS) functional testing, covering financial, procurement, and order management modules.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and ERP validation best practices.Hands‑on experience in system integration testing with Jaggaer, Vertex, Lynx, and Baxter.Ability to design and execute test scripts, test plans, and automated test cases.Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and reporting accuracy.Expertise in defect tracking systems and ability to collaborate on issue resolution with developers and analysts.Educational Background &
Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.Preferred certifications:
Oracle EBS Certification, ERP Testing‑related Certification.Additional
Preferred Experience:Exposure to cloud ERP implementations, including hybrid EBS‑cloud integrations.Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or Load Runner for Oracle EBS validations.Experience in multi‑site ERP implementations within large‑scale enterprise environments.Strong ability to analyze business workflows, improve testing strategies, and collaborate on process enhancements.Must‑Haves:
