First Farmers Bank & Trust announced the promotion of Yvonne Baird to branch manager of its new Lebanon office.
In her new role, Baird will oversee daily branch operations, lead the local team, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain a strong focus on customer service. She will also play a key role in driving growth and fostering community engagement.
Baird is a banking professional with over 35 years of experience in retail banking, lending, trust operations and administration work. She will bring that deep expertise and a strong sense of community to her leadership at the new Lebanon branch, helping to create a welcoming and trusted environment for customers.
First Farmers Bank & Trust’s new Lebanon branch is located at 1511 West South Street. It will be the bank’s 37 th location across Indiana and Eastern Illinois.
