Job Purpose
To handle key strategic projects and the office of the CFO - Airport Sector. Responsibilities include project management, business development, corporate finance, regulatory compliance, variance analysis on costs and revenues, and market research on business trends.

Organization Chart
The Manager (F&A) will report to the CFO of Airports.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee AOP and strategic planning for the Airport sector, including subsidiaries. Develop yearly and half-yearly strategic and business plans with department heads. Implement key directions and track action reports.
  • Business Development Support bidding for new airport projects, analyze opportunities, assess project viability, and manage relationships with partners.
  • Corporate Finance Support investments, review financial models and proposals, evaluate scenarios and risks, and work on joint ventures.
  • Project Management Track and support key projects, ensure timely completion, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Stakeholder Management Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, support partnership development, and analyze financial performance of JVs.
  • External Interactions:
    Lenders, bankers, insurance companies, rating agencies, business partners, consultants, airport associations, JV companies, auditors.

    Internal Interactions: CEO, CFO, HODs, BCM/GCM offices, Business Development, Regulatory teams, Secretarial.

    Financial Dimensions:
    Oversee subsidiary teams covering 150 entities.

    Qualifications: CA or MBA (Finance).

    Experience: 8-10 years in strategic planning, consulting, finance, or related roles.

    Competencies:
