• Management of material receipt, issue & identification RM/PM/other
• Material Storage & Stock controlling
• Inventory management & Team management
• Handling vendor audit & Store SOP
• Planning & organizing store functions & controlling material receipt, storage, issue
• Ensure all materials are identified with their inspection and test status like Approved/ Quarantine / Rejected etc. by store team
• Plan and execute annual physical stock taking of Liquid / Solvent / PM / Job work material & controlling stock as per book records
• To ensure departmental procedures and maintain records required by QMS/EMS
• To review the ‘Delay work for Material issue, open PCS / PMS & resolved immediately
• Development & training of store team for skills, work, leadership, new strategies, idea and solving of problems in a store related activity
• Manage health and safety, security, and emergency system, capabilities and staff and customer awareness, according to company policy and the relevant law
