As a Senior Manufacturing Consultant, you will lead our manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest levels of efficiency, quality, and innovation. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with business goals and advance our technological capabilities.
- Process Optimization: Lead efforts to enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on efficiency, quality, and cost‑effectiveness through advanced technologies.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Partner with R&D, engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to smoothly integrate new products into manufacturing. - Innovation & Technology: Drive the adoption of advanced manufacturing technologies, such as automation, IoT, and AI, to foster innovation and productivity.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all manufacturing operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining high quality standards.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop a high‑performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate manufacturing performance and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on the high‑tech industry.
- Proven success in leading manufacturing operations and driving process improvements.
- Expertise in advanced manufacturing technologies and methodologies.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PMP) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
