  • Summary/Objective

    The Leader in Training Program allows Lippert Leadership to develop the skills of future leaders in all areas of the manufacturing environment. The Leader Trainee will gain exposure to the tools, thought processes, and support systems required to design and implement new strategies within Lippert. Curriculum utilized during the program will provide a roadmap that introduces each Leader Trainee to the infrastructure that Lippert strives for and has been built upon.

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.     Working Conditions
  • Primarily on the floor/in the work, could be exposed to elements (heat, snow, etc.).
  • May sit or stand for several hours at a time.
  • Repetitive use of hands to operate machinery.
  • 1st shift, 2nd shift, and off-shift opportunities available.
  • Qualifications

    Three to five years in a manufacturing environment, or technical or bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas is preferred:

  • Engineering: Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial
  • Manufacturing: Business Administration, Global Business Strategy, Leadership and Supervision, LEAN Manufacturing
  • Supply Chain: Purchasing, Supply Chain Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field of study

  • Learn internal systems such as Microsoft D365, Tabware, Enovia, etc.
