** What You'll Be Doing
*** Monitor and optimize mill operations to ensure efficient production and equipment reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot issues
* Lead maintenance planning and execution for mill-related equipment and systems
* Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions
* Support safety initiatives and ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong understanding of cement manufacturing processes and mill operations
* Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and drive continuous improvement
* Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments and levels
* Proficiency in data analysis and use of engineering tools/software

** Work Environment
** This role is based at a cement manufacturing facility and involves both office and field work. The environment includes exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Appropriate PPE is provided and required.
