Delphi Christian Church is a small, independent Christian Church governed by a Board of Elders, Deacons, and Trustees. The current pastor will retire after fifteen years of service. We are seeking a part‑time (approximately 20 hours per week) Pastor who may also work a second job if desired. The local school system and businesses provide additional opportunities for involvement within the community.

Expectations/

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct Sunday services and other ministerial functions.
• Coordinate with the youth minister and his programs.
• Participate in community functions on behalf of the church.
• Coordinate special services with the staff or board and program chairmen.

Compensation:
Annual package in the range of $32,000 to $35,000.
