• USAP Indiana is looking to hire a CRNA to join our team in Bluffton, Indiana.
• Options to work PRN (1 week a month) or Full Time.
• Highlights:
  General, GYN, Endo, Eyes and OB. (Around 250 deliveries annually)

  Located 30 miles south of Fort Wayne; 79 bed hospital with 3 ORs, 1 C-Section room and 2 Endo suites.
