TS TECH INDIANA LLC
Quality Control Staff
Reports To: Quality Control Coordinator/Manager
Qualifications: Good understanding of all aspects of quality control within a J.I.T. seat manufacturing operation. Good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills. Previous Quality experience is preferred.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain process documentation (process flows, control plans, potential failure mode and effects analysis, work instructions, forms, quality alerts and deviations).
- Communicate process documentation changes to production departments.
- Audit processes to ensure accuracy and follow-up any non-compliances.
- Input data collected from production and quality departments.
- Issue daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Review and disposition defective parts.
- Complete documentation fore rejection of defective parts and prepare parts for shipment to the customer.
- Assist in ISO 9000 documentation and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of the status and stage of production with department.
- Support development of 5S, TPM and Kaizen programs.
- Ensure safe operations.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Requires the ability to use and apply knowledge of quality and ISO practices.
