Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Responsible for fostering a fun environment.

• Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
• While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to stand and walk.
• Maintain a well‑stocked and Maintained Line.
• Responsible for following and adhering to all recipes and SOPs.
• Ensure all assignments are completed each shift.
• Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency and productivity.
• Will work special events, as needed.
• Other duties, as needed.

• Must be 21 or older.
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods of time.
• Experience of one year or more cooking in a professional setting is preferred.
• Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
• Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
• Must be able to use a knife safely.
• Must be able to pass background check.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
