• You lead and motivate a committed team of store employees
• You ensure efficient organisation and smooth store operations
• You provide competent, customer‑oriented advice and assist with the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
• You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative store design
• You take responsibility for sales figures, ensure proper handling of cashier transactions and guarantee accurate accounting
• You take care of ordering processes and ensure that sufficient stock is always available
• You make sure that our hygiene and freshness standards are maintained at all times
• You are responsible for staff scheduling in shift operations and are actively involved in the recruitment process

• Successfully completed training as a retail specialist
• Extensive experience in leading teams
• Several years of sales and management experience in fashion retail, with strong social skills and leadership qualities
• A commitment to the highest quality and customer focus, even in busy times
• A proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and team‑oriented approach that promotes positive collaboration
• Solid IT skills and an independent, solution‑oriented working style
• Open and respectful communication; fluent in German and English, with French or other languages being an advantage
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to take responsibility on weekends and four public holidays
