High-quality fresh chocolate – that’s what the Swiss chocolate manufacturer Läderach stands for. Founded in 1962, the family‑owned company now employs over 2,500 people from more than 80 countries across the group – and the number continues to grow. The company headquarters are located in the canton of Glarus. The “Retail” division includes over 230 chocolateries in more than 25 countries. Here, we offer our chocolate specialities and invite customers to experience fresh chocolate in ever new ways.

What to expect- You lead and motivate a committed team of store employees
- You ensure efficient organisation and smooth store operations
- You provide competent, customer‑oriented advice and assist with the selection of gifts from our diverse product range
- You ensure the appealing presentation of our extensive confectionery and chocolate assortment, including through creative store design
- You take responsibility for sales figures, ensure proper handling of cashier transactions and guarantee accurate accounting
- You take care of ordering processes and ensure that sufficient stock is always available
- You make sure that our hygiene and freshness standards are maintained at all times
- You are responsible for staff scheduling in shift operations and are actively involved in the recruitment process
- Successfully completed training as a retail specialist
- Extensive experience in leading teams
- Several years of sales and management experience in fashion retail, with strong social skills and leadership qualities
- A commitment to the highest quality and customer focus, even in busy times
- A proactive mindset, sense of responsibility, and team‑oriented approach that promotes positive collaboration
- Solid IT skills and an independent, solution‑oriented working style
- Open and respectful communication; fluent in German and English, with French or other languages being an advantage
- Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to take responsibility on weekends and four public holidays
