OverviewThe Enrollment Sales Representative is an autonomous position ideal for community active individuals who want to make their own schedules and not be tied to a desk or traditional schedules. A successful Enrollment Sales Representative will engage in educating the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program, organizing community outreach and promotional activities, and guiding interested participants through enrollment to support the organization’s goals for enrollment growth.
Responsibilities- Educate the public, community partners, and referral sources about the LIFE program.
- Organize community outreach and promotional activities.
- Guide interested participants through enrollment to support enrollment growth for the organization.
- Earning Potential Examples
- 5 enrollments/month = $180,000 per year
- 4 enrollments/month = $144,000 per year
- 3 enrollments/month = $108,000 per year
- Evidence of achieving sales goals
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience in healthcare sales or admissions preferred
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and proof of insurance
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, verbal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a culturally, socioeconomically and educationally diverse population
- Goal-driven with a competitive edge
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Established healthcare contacts and ability to network in the community
- Appropriate sales and marketing techniques to outreach to diverse groups
- Proven system to track and trend all leads and sales activity
- Knowledge and/or experience with the senior care market, including competitors, regulations, and resources
- Local travel
