• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions.
• Client Consultation: Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients  financial goals and insurance needs, presenting life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address specific client concerns and preferences.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships, provide ongoing support, and conduct regular follow-ups for satisfaction and policy retention.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position life insurance products effectively.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies, maintain client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field is a plus.
• Must have a life insurance license or be able to obtain one (we will assist with licensing).
