Relationship Banker

As a Relationship Banker at our Roselawn branch, you’ll be the friendly face customers turn to for guidance, support, and trusted financial advice. You’ll work closely with your team and the Relationship Banking Manager to ensure daily branch operations run smoothly while building long-term relationships that help our customers and community thrive.

What you’ll do day-to-day includes:

• Assisting customers with deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
• Educating customers on our full range of products and digital services
• Supporting loan and account growth through relationship development and referrals
• Collaborating with other branches and departments to ensure seamless service
• Maintaining strong knowledge of bank policies, compliance standards, and security procedures
• Representing Kentland Bank at local events and community activities to promote our mission and values

You’ll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the branch’s overall goals and success.

• Previous experience in banking, customer service, or a related field
