Oversee, maintain and repair a wide variety of complex building facilities and systems. Review work orders and assign priorities according to company and department policies and procedures. Analyze, troubleshoot and perform repairs of complex building systems working from maintenance manuals, blueprints, work orders and instructions.
Responsibilities- This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Team Members.
- Provide direction to the Team Members in the facilities department.
- Assist in prioritizing and assigning work orders.
- Respond to incoming calls for maintenance, repair or emergency service.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment.
- Test and tear down equipment and replace defective parts and component units such as motors, clutches, belts, hoses or controls.
- Perform and assist in maintaining scheduled preventative maintenance activities, check equipment function and operation and recommend required maintenance action.
- Perform repair carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, metal working, electrical and roofing needs.
- Monitor boiler room equipment.
- Train new Team Members on policies and procedures.
- Maintain and ensure safety and accident prevention.
- Install or assist in the installation or relocation of equipment.
- Move furniture as directed.
- Includes indoor and outdoor high/low cleaning responsibilities.
- Monitor weather conditions for upcoming and severe weather and assign staff to handle the situation and operate snowplow and spread salt as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4 – 5 years' maintenance and/or trade experience is required.
- 2-3 years of building engineering experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must understand and speak the English language.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- This position is required to drive a company vehicle and adhere to the company MVR policy.
- This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and Team Members.
- While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.
- The Team Member frequently is required to stand and walk.
- The Team Member is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, and crouch.
- The Team Member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
- The Team Member requires manual dexterity to operate all necessary equipment.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance.
- Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. occasionally.
- Must have ability to ascend and descend heights on ladders and lifts and work in a variety of harsh climates.
- Conditions include working inside and outside, excessive heat, excessive cold, excessive humidity, noise, fumes, dust, working around machines with moving parts and moving objects, radiant and electrical energy, working on ladders or scaffolding, working closely with others, working alone, working protracted or irregular hours.
