We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of cargo transportation and logistics for our company, ensuring efficient and cost-effective delivery of goods. • Organize and coordinate the company’s cargo transportation, including loadings and deliveries of containers and vessels;
• Negotiate freight rates, free days at destinations, and all other related conditions with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders;
• Find optimal routes for transporting goods, considering factors such as cost, time, and safety;
• Optimize the company’s transportation costs by identifying cost‑saving opportunities and efficient practices;
• Expedite the process of providing cargo documents to meet delivery timelines;
• Monitor and analyze logistics expenses, providing cost control recommendations;
• Offer cargo insurance services to safeguard shipments and mitigate risks.

• Proven experience in logistics and cargo transportation management at least 3 years;
• Great negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable terms for the company;
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives;
• Fluent in Russian and Proficiency in English (Upper‑Intermediate or above);
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
