Role:
Lead technical sciences for drug substance and product manufacturing at Lilly RLT, focusing on process optimization, troubleshooting, validation, and lifecycle management.
- investigate deviations, drive continuous improvement, support technology transfer, author technical documentation, and lead audits.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams; mentor junior staff; oversee sterility assurance.
- Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related
- 7+ years in biopharma manufacturing sciences, process development, or technical services.
High-Value: experience with cGMP, process validation, technology transfer, and process optimization; preference for Radioligand Therapies.
Work Setup:- full-time, based in Indianapolis, with compensation range $123K-$180.4K
