OSI is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Assurance/Line Auditor to insure product is produced within specifications and proper production and sanitary procedures are followed. You will audit line temperatures, metal detectors, and lab samples, while maintaining documentation and overseeing PPE use.
The role includes daily calibration of thermometers and scales, additional testing, and strict adherence to GMP. Overtime eligibility and comprehensive benefits are provided.
