Mykelly is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for a temp-to-hire role in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position runs on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule from 6:00am to 6:30pm, with an hourly wage of $23.00.
You will audit beverage production, perform line checks, operate lab equipment (Refractometer, pH meter, Densitometer, HPLC), and ensure compliance with FSMA, SQF, Kosher, and Organic standards. Prior QA or food/beverage experience preferred; high school diploma required.
