ERM is seeking an EHS Specialist (Startup and Validation) to provide on-site support for a pharmaceutical API facility in Lebanon, IN. The role focuses on health, safety, and environmental compliance during startup and equipment validation in a fast-paced operational readiness environment.
The position is full-time (40 hours/week), limited-term for 12 months, with project start anticipated in March 2026. On-site schedule and potential extended hours as startup activities ramp up are expected.
