My client, a well-established and growing multifamily real estate owner/operator, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential community in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Property Manager will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the property, driving performance across leasing, resident satisfaction, maintenance coordination, and financial results. This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance people management, operational execution, and asset performance.

• Oversee daily operations of the multifamily community
• Lead, train, and manage on‑site leasing and maintenance teams
• Drive leasing performance, occupancy, and renewal rates
• Manage budgets, rent collections, expenses, and NOI performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and local regulations
• Handle resident relations, escalations, and service standards
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely work orders and preventative maintenance
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and operational updates for ownership
• Maintain high standards of curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall property presentation

• Proven experience as a Property Manager within multifamily housing
• Strong understanding of leasing, renewals, resident retention, and operations
• Experience managing on‑site teams and vendors
• Solid financial acumen including budgets, reporting, and cost control
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience with property management software strongly preferred
