• Generous PTO (120 hours for 0–4 yrs, 160 hours for 5+ yrs)

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior leasing experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong background in customer service, sales, or hospitality
• Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable with Outlook, Word, Excel;
  Entrata experience a plus
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
• Available to work Saturdays

• Lease apartments and guide prospects through the leasing process
• Maintain accurate resident and property records
• Ensure model units and target apartments are tour-ready
• Provide timely, courteous responses to resident inquiries
• Conduct daily property inspections
• Market the community locally and online
• Stay up to date on pricing, availability, and leasing policies
• Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere at all times
