Pedcor Homes is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping drive community success, supporting site operations, and creating an exceptional experience for residents. Working alongside the Property Manager, you'll play a key role in leasing, resident satisfaction, rent collection, administrative functions, and the overall success of the community.

• Assist with the daily operations of a thriving apartment community
• Tour prospective residents and showcase apartment homes
• Process applications and prepare move-in documentation
• Assist with resident relations and retention efforts
• Partner with the Property Manager to ensure community goals are achieved

• Proven success in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality
• Valid driver's license
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a team-first mentality
