As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll do more than show apartments; you’ll be a trusted guide, helping individuals and families discover their next chapter in a community they’ll love.
** What You'll Do:
*** Be the welcoming face of our community, greeting and engaging with prospective residents as they explore our property.
* Showcase the unique features and amenities that make our property feel like home.
* Guide prospective residents through the leasing process with care and attention to detail, making it as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
* Prepare and execute lease agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
* Build lasting relationships with current residents by addressing their needs and creating a sense of belonging.
* Be a problem solver and a go-to resource for questions and concerns, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
* Collaborate with your teammates to achieve leasing and occupancy goals.
* Stay in the know about local market trends and competitor offerings so you can always highlight what makes us stand out.
* Help plan and host fun and engaging resident events that bring the community together.
** What Makes You a Great Fit:
*** A high school diploma or equivalent.
* You’re a natural communicator with a warm, approachable personality.
* You have experience in leasing, sales, or customer service—or you’re eager to learn and grow in these areas.
* You love working with people and are committed to providing top-notch service.
* You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office tools.
