Advance your career and build your future with Hudson Residential. We are currently seeking an experienced Property Director to manage two communities in Fortville, Indiana. We are looking for an individual that is excited about creating exceptional living experiences for our residents while ensuring operational excellence at the properties managed.
Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of property management operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations.
- Manage contracts with vendors and service providers to maintain high standards of property upkeep.
- Complete resident renewals.
- Touring prospects through the community and follow up on all leads to maintain high occupancy.
- Maintain accurate legal administrative files related to property operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- 3 or more years of Property Management experience is required.
- Experience with Yardi Voyager is required.
- Valid Indiana Driver's License.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing files and documentation.
