Scandia Apartments, managed by Stone Creek Communities, is hiring a Bilingual Leasing Consultant. The overall objective of this position is to maintain high physical occupancy by attracting and retaining qualified residents, and it is responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations.

• Maintain clear knowledge of current prices, property information, and comparable properties in the market
• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community's revenue and occupancy goals: greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, showing apartments, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing
• Inspect apartments before residents move in, ensure they are in ready condition, and schedule outstanding items with the maintenance team
• Follow up with all leads in the CRM/PMS within 24 hours
• Complete work order callbacks daily to ensure resident satisfaction
• Design and execute marketing activities that drive traffic to the community, using internet marketing tools and community-specific marketing plans
• Ensure the community and show units meet company show-quality standards by inspecting the leasing tour daily
• Support the lease renewal program: prepare renewal letters and packages, meet with renewing residents before move-out dates, and ensure renewal documents are signed on time
• Respond quickly and courteously to resident and owner concerns, resolve problems, and route requests appropriately

• 2 years of experience in multifamily property management leasing
• Bilingual - Spanish
• Strong customer service skills
• Entrata experience preferred
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, weekends as needed

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
