** Senior Scientist/
**** Associate Principal Scientist, Ligand Binding Assays

As a Senior Scientist/Associate Principal Scientist, you will provide technical leadership across global laboratory operations, driving innovation, harmonization, and continuous improvement in ligand binding assay development and execution.
** What you’ll be doing:
*** Leading cross-functional laboratory initiatives to improve operational efficiency and harmonize global processes.
* Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support for complex ligand binding assay challenges.
* Overseeing method transfers between global and cross-functional laboratories.
* Serving as the primary technical contact in client discussions and project planning.
* Driving instrumentation evaluation and implementation, including cost and performance analysis.
* Leading CAPA investigations and ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
* Supporting training and development initiatives for laboratory staff.
* Contributing to SOP development, regulatory compliance, and technical report writing.
** What we are looking for:
*** Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science, medical laboratory technology, or cytotechnology.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in a regulated laboratory environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in ligand binding assay techniques and instrumentation.
* Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
** The knowledge, skills and abilities needed for this role:
*** Expertise in ligand binding assay techniques.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to interpret complex data.
* Proficiency in scientific documentation, SOP development, and regulatory compliance.
* Experience with LEAN Six Sigma principles and cross-functional collaboration.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $77,100.00 - $. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
