Job Summary:

Lead the development, optimization, and validation of ligand-binding immunoassays in a fully digital laboratory environment—no mountains of paperwork, streamlined workflows powered by Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, execute, and optimize immunoassay methods to meet sensitivity, specificity, and reproducibility targets
• Perform method qualification and validation under GLP/GCP compliance and prepare technical reports
• Interpret and summarize data for scientific reports and presentations
• Transfer methods internally or externally and support technology transfer activities
• Troubleshoot assays and mentor junior staff on best practices

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, MSD, Luminex, or SMCx Pro
• Experience with method development, validation, and troubleshooting under regulatory guidelines
• Familiarity with Electronic Lab Notebook (ELN) systems and digital workflows
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
