Role
Lead discovery toxicology projects for small molecule pharmaceutical candidates within Investigative Toxicology, supporting early-stage drug discovery and development.
Responsibilities- design and execute toxicology studies (In Silico, In Vitro, In Vivo), analyze data, and interpret hazards to inform candidate progression
- collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery of development candidates
- communicate findings to stakeholders
- develop risk mitigation strategies
- PhD in Toxicology, Pathology, or related field with 5+ years of experience or MS/BS with 15+ years applicable experience
- strong project management skills
- knowledge of drug discovery, regulatory guidelines (GLP, FDA, EMA)
- leadership and communication skills
- small molecule discovery
- early-stage toxicology
- regulatory compliance
- cross-functional collaboration
- data analysis
full-time, on-site with potential for collaboration; specific travel requirements not detailed.
