Overview
Join the Overnight Shift Leader role at Flynn Taco Bell. The position supports the Assistant and General Manager by running shifts independently and embodying the Live Mas spirit. Availability required for the closing shift (3:00–5:00 am).
Responsibilities- Run shifts efficiently and uphold Taco Bell standards.
- Tackle problems proactively and seek help when needed.
- Provide guidance and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service.
