- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner according to our Service Essentials.
- Recite complete list of beverage selections.
- Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control.
- Input and control ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served.
- Frequently check back with and entertain guests.
- Prepare bar for next shift, bringing all fruit and supply levels back to par.
- Maintain cleanliness of guest areas at all times to include removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
- Abide by all State, Federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and potentially intoxicated guests.
- Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.)
- Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy.

- Experience
Required:
Previous bartending in a high volume setting preferred. - Education Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities
Required:
Ability to communicate effectively with others; able to understand and comply with Company and departmental rules and regulations. - Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing
Required:
Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 3;
Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit. Obtain/maintain company alcohol awareness certification. - Other Specialized Requirements:
