• Follow Five Iron standards for guest engagement, including prompt drink service, upselling techniques, and contributing to a lively atmosphere
• Accurately take food and drink orders
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner
• Maintain extensive knowledge of our food and beverage offerings. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations
• Monitor guests’ experience and promptly address any concerns
• Use point‑of‑sale terminals to enter orders and process payments accurately
• Ensure the golf simulators, tables, chairs, and surrounding areas are clean and presentable
• Take pride in ensuring guests’ enjoyment by actively checking in with guests throughout their booking to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all of our technology, additional products, and promotions
• Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling, alcohol service, and cleanliness
• Verify guests’ legal drinking age
• Assist with closing duties as needed

• Server and/or hospitality experience encouraged but NOT required
• Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
• Positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and work with a team
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time
• Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications for the location
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
