Support Staff / Host / Expo
Upland Brewing located at 4939 E 82nd St, Indianapolis, IN, is looking for support staff to join our strong team. Our ideal candidate is a self‑starter, motivated, and hard‑working. Support staff shifts include host/hostess, food runner, and bar back shifts.
Responsibilities- Answering the phones and booking reservations
- Greeting customers and making them feel welcome
- Estimating wait time for guests
- Seat / Clean / Reset tables
- Expo and assist with running food to tables
- Assist guests with carry‑out food and beer orders
- Stocking expo line, host stand, and bar
- Fulfilling server drink tickets and engaging with bar guests
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Strong organizational and motivational skills
