We are looking for an experienced barista who can brew a great cup of coffee and help us provide an exceptional customer experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate is committed to the job, demonstrates initiative, and helps enhance the reputation of our coffee shop. This person should have excellent salesmanship, be a great team player, and possess strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Flexible shifts and schedules are available. Full‑time and part‑time positions are offered.

• Ensuring customer satisfaction by catering to guests’ needs.
• Taking orders while paying attention to details (e.g., preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios).
• Providing menu recommendations and additional information.
• Preparing coffee using various preparation techniques and equipment.
• Handling cash and credit transactions.
• Maintaining inventory and managing storage and supplies.
• Maintaining a safe, healthy, and appealing work environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check.
• Experience as a Barista preferred.
• Effective communication in English.
• Open availability and a flexible schedule for demanding hours.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Skill in using various coffee preparation techniques.
• Skill in operating and maintaining coffee equipment.
• Strong sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods.
