Starting Pay Rates!
- 14 and 15 Year Olds:$12.50/hour
- Part-Time High School Students:$13/hour
- Part-Time NON-HIGH SCHOOL: $14.50/hour
- Full-Time (30 hours per week minimum): $16/hour

Prior experience as customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, kitchen team member or other part time restaurant job experience is not required but is always appreciated.

Expectations of a Back of House Team Member:
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently
- Thaw and prepare raw chicken according to Chick-Fil-A safety and quality standards
- Keep the kitchen and equipment clean, stocked, and organized at all times
- Assist in receiving and organizing of product as it arrives
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Treat everyone with honor, dignity, and respect
- Display a cheerful and positive attitude
- Be team‑oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift objects up to 50 lbs., when necessary
