Responsibilities- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and service standards are met
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development to build a high‑performing team
- Create and maintain a welcoming, polished dining environment for guests
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop innovative and seasonal menu options
- Address guest feedback and resolve any issues to enhance customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality management or related field
- Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a focus on polished casual dining
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, service styles, and current trends in the industry
