Join our team as a prep cook and help make a difference in kids lives with fresh, chef-created, and prepared food. Be a lunch SUPERHERO working with a team of professionals to bring nutritious and authentic food to our kids! Every day is different, engaging, and fun where you are working with a great team of people!
Essential Functions- Provide the highest quality of service to the guest at all times
- Completes assigned prep work to stock and set up stations
- Ensures proper execution of recipe procedures and maintains a high quality and consistent product
- Follows and completes production sheets
- Keeps prepared food continuously flowing out of the kitchen
- Keeps entire kitchen clean; stocks and sets up station
- Breaks down and cleans station thoroughly every day
- Follows proper procedures when noticing out of stock
- Operates and maintains equipment properly
- Maintains the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift
- Follows HACCP gudelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
- Ensures proper rotation of all products and stocks product to par level
- Performs other related duties as assigned by leadership

Qualifications and Skills- Minimum of 1 year related food service experience preferred
- Outstanding guest service skills
- Ability to adapt and change in a fast paced environment
- Ability to do simple arithmetic
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lift 35 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Successfully pass a criminal background check
