Assistant Manager

$50,000-$54,000 annually Salaried leadership role

At Social Cantina, we are looking for leaders who can bring people together around a welcoming guest experience and a team culture built on energy, care, and accountability. As an Assistant Manager, you will help turn great hospitality into an everyday experience. You will lead shifts, support your team, and work closely with the General Manager to strengthen service and restaurant performance.

• Lead daily shifts with a focus on guest experience, teamwork, and consistent execution.
• Coach, train, and support hourly employees; help identify future leaders.
• Partner with the General Manager on scheduling, staffing, labor, and operational priorities.
• Handle guest concerns thoughtfully and keep service moving during busy periods.
• Support opening and closing procedures, cash controls, safety, and company standards.

• Experience leading shifts or supervising teams in a restaurant setting.
• A calm, hands-on approach to coaching, communication, and problem-solving.
• Interest in growing as a leader and contributing ideas, not just following a checklist.

Annual salary: $50,000-$54,000. Benefits include:

Managers generally work about 45-55 hours per week, with actual hours varying based on restaurant needs, traffic, and events. General Managers and their management teams build their schedules, allowing flexibility to plan for personal commitments while ensuring appropriate coverage. PTO remains available under company policy.
