In this rewarding leadership role, you’ll oversee daily dietary operations, lead and support your team, and ensure residents enjoy nutritious, delicious meals that meet their individual needs and preferences.
What You’ll DoLead and oversee daily dietary department operations, including staffing, food preparation, and sanitation.
Develop menus and coordinate regular and therapeutic diets to meet residents’ nutritional needs.
Partner with nursing and other departments to support individualized resident care plans.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, food safety standards, and facility policies.
Promote a positive dining experience by listening to residents and incorporating their preferences.
