• Operates the Point of Sale system and assists the Chef; prepares coffee and keeps the coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts. Also helps prepare catering orders.
• Performs cashier duties using the POS system and handles transactions with accuracy; may make deposits at the end of each shift as required.
• Performs general cleaning duties; removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Provides service in all retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Inventories and restocks supplies and food products; ensures proper rotation of stock.
• Sets up serving lines, monitors temperatures, and notifies cooks if temperatures are not within acceptable limits.
• Serves hot and cold items to customers and prepares daily items for purchase.
• Keeps refrigerators stocked and adheres to first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures; records temperatures as needed.
• Maintains daily floor stock records and ensures compliance with established par levels.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Previous computer experience, sales experience, and retail experience are required.
• Ability to follow school schedule; hours may vary and details provided at interview.

• Pay Range: $13.00 per hour to $13.50 per hour.
