The Wholesale Sales Manager will be responsible for growing and managing our wholesale business across domestic and international markets. This role requires a strong background in sales strategy, account management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working with key retail partners, a deep understanding of fashion wholesale processes, and hands‑on expertise with essential e-commerce tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow wholesale accounts with major retail partners, ensuring strong sell‑through and profitability.
  • Develop seasonal sales strategies, line presentations, and assortment recommendations for each partner.
  • Maintain relationships with retail buyers, negotiating terms and driving reorders based on performance analytics.
  • Upload assortments, manage inventory syncing, and oversee wholesale partner integrations using Cymbio and Mirakl platforms.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Production, and Logistics teams to align order commitments with inventory availability and shipping timelines.
  • Prepare and present selling reports, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize account performance.
  • Oversee wholesale order entry, ensuring accuracy in product data, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Work closely with warehouse and 3PL partners to ensure wholesale shipments meet routing and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate seasonal market appointments, trade shows, and showroom presentations.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with E‑commerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all channels.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of wholesale sales or related experience in the fashion industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of Shopify (required).
  • Experience with Cymbio and Mirakl platforms (required).
  • Experience with Apparel Magic is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and retail partners.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale sales cycles, shipping compliance, and market calendars.
  • Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow‑through under tight deadlines.
